बाल धोना :

हर व्यक्ति सुखी और आनंदमय वैवाहिक जीवन जीने की चाहत रखता है। वह इसके लिए भरपूर प्रयास भी करता है लेकिन अक्सर देखा गया है कि लाख कोशिशों के बावजूद कई लोग इस मामले में असफल हो जाते हैं। दरअसल यह उनकी किस्मत का खेल होता है जो उनको वैवाहिक जीवन का पूर्ण आनंद नहीं लेने देता, ऐसा ज्योतिषशास्त्र और हस्तरेखा विज्ञान मानता है। आइए देखें हस्तरेखा विज्ञान में इस विषय में क्या कहा गया है।

बुधवार व्रत का महत्व और विधि !!

बुधवार व्रत और विधि :

बुधवार का व्रत व्यक्ति का ज्ञान बढ़ता है. व्यापार में लाभ कमाने के लिए व्यापार के क्षेत्र में बाधाओं को कम करने के लिए ये व्रत लाभकारी है. इसके अलावा जिन लोगों की कुण्डली में बुध अनुकूल परिणाम देने के लिए सक्षम नहीं है उन्हें इस व्रत का पालन करना चाहिए. ये व्रत उन लोगों के लिए फायदेमंद है जिनकी कुण्डली में बुध अशुभ भाव का स्वामी है.

बुधवार व्रत का महत्व :

बुधवार का व्रत करने से व्यक्ति का बौद्धिक विकास बढ़ता है. बुधवार का व्रत बुध ग्रह के शुभ परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए मनाया जाता है. इसके अतिरिक्त इस व्रत को इच्छाओं को पूरा करने और धन, सुख आदि को प्राप्त करने के लिए भी किया जाता है.

इस व्रत में कहानी सुनना बहुत जरूरी है. इस व्रत से सभी समस्याओं का हल निकल जाता हैं और जीवन की सभी इच्छाओं को पूरा किया जा सकता है.

बुधवार के व्रत की शुरुआत किसी भी महीने के शुक्ल पक्ष के पहले बुधवार से की जानी चाहिए. लगातार 21 बुधवार ये व्रत रखा जाना चाहिए. इस व्रत को करने से व्यवसाय में धन, बुद्धि और लाभ में वृद्धि होती है. इस व्रत के दिन स्नान के बाद हरे रंग के कपड़े पहनने चाहिए और सुबह में भगवान बुध की पूजा की जानी चाहिए. विष्णु सहस्त्रनाम को जरूर पढ़ा जाना चाहिए.

व्यक्ति को इस व्रत में सूर्योदय से पहले जागना चाहिए. फिर उसे घर को साफ करना चाहिए. इस के बाद वह स्नान आदि की तरह अपनी दिनचर्या के काम को पूरा करने के बाद गंगा जल का छिड़काव करके पूरे घर को शुद्ध करना चाहिए. गंगा जल के बजाय किसी पवित्र नदी का पानी भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.

घर के ईशान कोण (उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा) में भगवान बुद्ध या शंकर की एक तस्वीर या एक मूर्ति जस्ता के एक बर्तन में एक शांत जगह में रखी जानी चाहिए. चित्र या मूर्ति रखने के बाद अगरबत्ती, बेल के पत्ते, अक्षत और घी के दीपक के साथ पूजा करनी चाहिए.

उसके बाद निम्न मंत्र का जाप किया जाना चाहिए और बुध देव की पूजा की जानी चाहिए. बुध त्वं बुद्धिजनको बोधद: सर्वदा नृणाम्. तत्वावबोधं कुरुषे सोमपुत्र नमो नम :

शाम को पूरे दिन के उपवास के बाद एक बार फिर भगवान बुद्ध की पूजा की जाती है और व्रत कथा सुनी जाती है. फिर आरती की जानी चाहिए. सूर्यास्त के बाद भगवान को अगरबत्ती, दीप, गुड़, भट्ट (उबला हुआ चावल), दही का चढ़ावा दिया जाना चाहिए और उसके बाद प्रसाद वितरित किया जाता है. अंत में प्रसाद को स्वयं खाना चाहिए.

क्या चीजें याद रखनी चाहिए !!

इस दिन भगवान की पूजा करने के बाद बुद्ध देव की हरे रंग की वस्तुओं के साथ पूजा की जानी चाहिए. व्रत का समापन अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार ब्राह्मण भोजन और दान उपहार में दिया जाना चाहिए. व्रत करने वाले व्यक्ति को केवल एक बार भोजन करना चाहिए.

मंगलवार को भगवान श्री राम के सबसे बड़े भक्त भगवान् हनुमान के दिन की तरह याद किया जाता है। हनुमान भक्त इस दिन व्रत रखते हैं। हालांकि काफी सारे ऐसे लोग हैं जो व्रत तो करते हैं लेकिन इसे सही तरीके से कैसे करना है इसके बारे में कुछ भी नहीं जानते।

व्रत में इन नियमों का पालन ज़रूर करें !!

सभी हनुमान भक्त मंगलवार और शनिवार का व्रत भगवान हनुमान को समर्प्रित करके कर सकते है। पहली बात तो ये कि मंगलवार का व्रत उन्हें करना चाहिए जिनकी कुंडली में मंगल गृह निर्बल है और इसका असर उनकी निजी जिंदगी पर देखने को मिल रहा है। ऐसे लोग शुभ फल के लिए इस व्रत को करते हैं। जिन लोगों की कुंडली में मंगल प्रबल है उन्हें भी व्रत करने की मनाही नहीं है लेकिन उन्हें इससे सिर्फ हनुमान जी की कृपा प्राप्त होती है और ईष्टदेव की कृपा बनी रहती है।

जानिए क्या है व्रत:
बता दें कि शास्त्रों के मुताबिक मंगल के व्रत से हनुमान जी की विशेष कृपा प्राप्त होती है। यह व्रत सम्मान, बल, साहस और पुरुषार्थ को बढ़ाता है। संतान प्राप्ति के लिए भी है व्रत बहूत फलदायक है। इस व्रत से पापो से मुक्ति प्राप्त होती है। कहा जाता है कि दूसरी दुनिया से जुड़ी काली शक्तियों का दुष्प्रभाव भी इस व्रत करने वाले पर कोई असर नहीं डालता।

मंगलवार व्रत की सही विधि !!

ये जान लेना ज़रूरी है कि यह व्रत लगातार 21 मंगलवार तक किया जाना चाहिए। व्रत वाले दिन सूर्योदय से पूर्व नित्य कर्म से निपूर्ण होकर नहा ले। उसके बाद घर की ईशान कोण की दिशा में किसी एकांत स्थान पर हनुमानजी की मूर्ति या चित्र स्थापित कर दे। लाल वस्त्र इस दिन पहने और व्रत का संकल्प हाथ में पानी ले कर करें।

पूजन स्थान पर घी का दीपक जलाये और हनुमानजी की मूर्ति या चित्र पर पुष्प माला चढ़ाकर चमेली के तेल के हलके छीटे दे। मंगलवार व्रत कथा पढ़ें फिर उसके बाद हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ करें। सभी को व्रत का प्रसाद बांटकर स्वयं प्रसाद ग्रहण किया जाता है। पूरे दिन में सिर्फ एक बार भोजन करें। अपने आचार विचार पूरे दिन शुद्ध रखे और रात्रि में सोने से पहले फिर एक बार हनुमानजी की पूजा करे।

हनुमान जी की साधना अति सरल एवं सुगम है क्योंकि वो खुद बाल ब्रह्मचारी थे इसलिए इनकी साधनाओं में ब्रह्मचारी व्रत अवश्य लेना चाहिए। माना जाता है कि कलयुग में हनुमान जल्द ही मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण कर देती है, लेकिन हनुमान जी की पूजा करते समय साफ-सफाई और पवित्रता का विशेष ध्यान रखना अनिवार्य है। किसी भी प्रकार की अपवित्रता नहीं होनी चाहिए। जब भी पूजा करें, तब हमें मन से और तन से पवित्र हो जाना चाहिए। पूजन के दौरान गलत विचारों की ओर मन को भटकने न दें।

शाम को सूर्यास्त के बाद हनुमानजी के मंदिर या घर में बनें में हनुमान की मूर्ति के सामने साफ आसन पर बैठें और फिर सरसो के तेल का चैमुखा दीपक जलाएं। दीपक लगाने के साथ ही अगरबत्ती, पुष्प आदि अर्पित करें। सिंदूर, चमेली का तेल चढ़ाएं। दीपक लगाते समय हनुमान चालीसा का जाप करना चाहिए!

बाबा भोलेनाथ को प्रसन्न करने के लिए करें सोमवार का व्रत (सोमवार व्रत की विधि) !!

नारद पुराण के अनुसार सोमवार व्रत में व्यक्ति को प्रातः स्नान करके शिव जी को जल और बेल पत्र चढ़ाना चाहिए तथा शिव-गौरी की पूजा करनी चाहिए. शिव पूजन के बाद सोमवार व्रत कथा सुननी चाहिए. इसके बाद केवल एक समय ही भोजन करना चाहिए. साधारण रूप से सोमवार का व्रत दिन के तीसरे पहर तक होता है. मतलब शाम तक रखा जाता है. सोमवार व्रत तीन प्रकार का होता है प्रति सोमवार व्रत, सौम्य प्रदोष व्रत और सोलह सोमवार का व्रत. इन सभी व्रतों के लिए एक ही विधि होती है.

व्रत कथा:

एक समय की बात है, किसी नगर में एक साहूकार रहता था. उसके घर में धन की कोई कमी नहीं थी लेकिन उसकी कोई संतान नहीं थी इस कारण वह बहुत दुखी था. पुत्र प्राप्ति के लिए वह प्रत्येक सोमवार व्रत रखता था और पूरी श्रद्धा के साथ शिव मंदिर जाकर भगवान शिव और पार्वती जी की पूजा करता था.

उसकी भक्ति देखकर एक दिन मां पार्वती प्रसन्न हो गईं और भगवान शिव से उस साहूकार की मनोकामना पूर्ण करने का आग्रह किया. पार्वती जी की इच्छा सुनकर भगवान शिव ने कहा कि 'हे पार्वती, इस संसार में हर प्राणी को उसके कर्मों का फल मिलता है और जिसके भाग्य में जो हो उसे भोगना ही पड़ता है.' लेकिन पार्वती जी ने साहूकार की भक्ति का मान रखने के लिए उसकी मनोकामना पूर्ण करने की इच्छा जताई.

माता पार्वती के आग्रह पर शिवजी ने साहूकार को पुत्र-प्राप्ति का वरदान तो दिया लेकिन साथ ही यह भी कहा कि उसके बालक की आयु केवल बारह वर्ष होगी. माता पार्वती और भगवान शिव की बातचीत को साहूकार सुन रहा था. उसे ना तो इस बात की खुशी थी और ना ही दुख. वह पहले की भांति शिवजी की पूजा करता रहा.
कुछ समय के बाद साहूकार के घर एक पुत्र का जन्म हुआ. जब वह बालक ग्यारह वर्ष का हुआ तो उसे पढ़ने के लिए काशी भेज दिया गया. साहूकार ने पुत्र के मामा को बुलाकर उसे बहुत सारा धन दिया और कहा कि तुम इस बालक को काशी विद्या प्राप्ति के लिए ले जाओ और मार्ग में यज्ञ कराना. जहां भी यज्ञ कराओ वहां ब्राह्मणों को भोजन कराते और दक्षिणा देते हुए जाना.

दोनों मामा-भांजे इसी तरह यज्ञ कराते और ब्राह्मणों को दान-दक्षिणा देते काशी की ओर चल पड़े. रात में एक नगर पड़ा जहां नगर के राजा की कन्या का विवाह था. लेकिन जिस राजकुमार से उसका विवाह होने वाला था वह एक आंख से काना था. राजकुमार के पिता ने अपने पुत्र के काना होने की बात को छुपाने के लिए एक चाल सोची.
साहूकार के पुत्र को देखकर उसके मन में एक विचार आया. उसने सोचा क्यों न इस लड़के को दूल्हा बनाकर राजकुमारी से विवाह करा दूं. विवाह के बाद इसको धन देकर विदा कर दूंगा और राजकुमारी को अपने नगर ले जाऊंगा. लड़के को दूल्हे के वस्त्र पहनाकर राजकुमारी से विवाह कर दिया गया. लेकिन साहूकार का पुत्र ईमानदार था. उसे यह बात न्यायसंगत नहीं लगी.

उसने अवसर पाकर राजकुमारी की चुन्नी के पल्ले पर लिखा कि 'तुम्हारा विवाह तो मेरे साथ हुआ है लेकिन जिस राजकुमार के संग तुम्हें भेजा जाएगा वह एक आंख से काना है. मैं तो काशी पढ़ने जा रहा हूं.'

जब राजकुमारी ने चुन्नी पर लिखी बातें पढ़ी तो उसने अपने माता-पिता को यह बात बताई. राजा ने अपनी पुत्री को विदा नहीं किया जिससे बारात वापस चली गई. दूसरी ओर साहूकार का लड़का और उसका मामा काशी पहुंचे और वहां जाकर उन्होंने यज्ञ किया. जिस दिन लड़के की आयु 12 साल की हुई उसी दिन यज्ञ रखा गया. लड़के ने अपने मामा से कहा कि मेरी तबीयत कुछ ठीक नहीं है. मामा ने कहा कि तुम अंदर जाकर सो जाओ.

शिवजी के वरदानुसार कुछ ही देर में उस बालक के प्राण निकल गए. मृत भांजे को देख उसके मामा ने विलाप शुरू किया. संयोगवश उसी समय शिवजी और माता पार्वती उधर से जा रहे थे. पार्वती ने भगवान से कहा- स्वामी, मुझे इसके रोने के स्वर सहन नहीं हो रहा. आप इस व्यक्ति के कष्ट को अवश्य दूर करें.

जब शिवजी मृत बालक के समीप गए तो वह बोले कि यह उसी साहूकार का पुत्र है, जिसे मैंने 12 वर्ष की आयु का वरदान दिया. अब इसकी आयु पूरी हो चुकी है. लेकिन मातृ भाव से विभोर माता पार्वती ने कहा कि हे महादेव, आप इस बालक को और आयु देने की कृपा करें अन्यथा इसके वियोग में इसके माता-पिता भी तड़प-तड़प कर मर जाएंगे.

माता पार्वती के आग्रह पर भगवान शिव ने उस लड़के को जीवित होने का वरदान दिया. शिवजी की कृपा से वह लड़का जीवित हो गया. शिक्षा समाप्त करके लड़का मामा के साथ अपने नगर की ओर चल दिया. दोनों चलते हुए उसी नगर में पहुंचे, जहां उसका विवाह हुआ था. उस नगर में भी उन्होंने यज्ञ का आयोजन किया. उस लड़के के ससुर ने उसे पहचान लिया और महल में ले जाकर उसकी खातिरदारी की और अपनी पुत्री को विदा किया.

इधर साहूकार और उसकी पत्नी भूखे-प्यासे रहकर बेटे की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे. उन्होंने प्रण कर रखा था कि यदि उन्हें अपने बेटे की मृत्यु का समाचार मिला तो वह भी प्राण त्याग देंगे परंतु अपने बेटे के जीवित होने का समाचार पाकर वह बेहद प्रसन्न हुए. उसी रात भगवान शिव ने व्यापारी के स्वप्न में आकर कहा- हे श्रेष्ठी, मैंने तेरे सोमवार के व्रत करने और व्रतकथा सुनने से प्रसन्न होकर तेरे पुत्र को लम्बी आयु प्रदान की है.

इसी प्रकार जो कोई सोमवार व्रत करता है या कथा सुनता और पढ़ता है उसके सभी दुख दूर होते हैं और समस्त मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती हैं.

इसके उलट इन चीजों का शनिवार के दिन, सन्ध्या के वक्त किसी ज़रूरतमंद को दान करें।

लोहे का सामान

भारतीय समाज में यह परंपरा लंबे समय से चली आ रही है कि शनिवार को लोहे का बना सामान नहीं खरीदना चाहिए। ऐसा माना जाता है कि शनिवार को लोहे का सामान क्रय करने से शनि देव कुपित होते हैं।

इस दिन लोहे से बनी चीजों के दान का विशेष महत्व है। लोहे का सामान दान करने से शनि देव की कोप दृष्टि निर्मल होती है और घाटे में चल रहा व्यापार मुनाफा देने लगता है। इसके अतिरिक्त शनि देव यंत्रों से होने वाली दुर्घटना से भी बचाते हैं।


तेल

इस दिन तेल खरीदने से भी बचना चाहिए। हालांकि तेल का दान किया जा सकता है। काले श्वान को सरसों के तेल से बना हलुआ खिलाने से शनि की दशा टलती है। ज्योतिष के अनुसार, शनिवार को सरसों या किसी भी पदार्थ का तेल खरीदने से वह रोगकारी होता है।

नमक

नमक हमारे भोजन का सबसे अहम हिस्सा है। अगर नमक खरीदना है तो बेहतर होगा शनिवार के बजाय किसी और दिन ही खरीदें। शनिवार को नमक खरीदने से यह उस घर पर कर्ज लाता है। साथ ही रोगकारी भी होता है।

कैंची

कैंची ऐसी चीज है जो कपड़े, कागज आदि काटने में सबसे ज्यादा इस्तेमाल की जाती है। पुराने समय से ही कपड़े के कारोबारी, टेलर आदि शनिवार को नई कैंची नहीं खरीदते। इस दिन खरीदी गई कैंची रिश्तों में तनाव लाती है। इसलिए अगर आपको कैंची खरीदनी है तो किसी अन्य दिन खरीदें।


काले तिल

सर्दियों में काले तिल शरीर को पुष्ट करते हैं। ये शीत से मुकाबला करने के लिए शरीर की गर्मी को बरकरार रखते हैं। पूजन में भी इनका उपयोग किया जाता है। शनि देव की दशा टालने के लिए काले तिल का दान और पीपल के वृक्ष पर भी काले तिल चढ़ाने का नियम है, लेकिन शनिवार को काले तिल कभी न खरीदें। कहा जाता है कि इस दिन काले तिल खरीदने से कार्यों में बाधा आती है।

काले जूते

शरीर के लिए जितने जरूरी वस्त्र हैं, उतने ही जूते भी। खासतौर से काले रंग के जूते पसंद करने वालों की तादाद आज भी काफी है। अगर आपको काले रंग के जूते खरीदने हैं तो शनिवार को न खरीदें। मान्यता है कि शनिवार को खरीदे गए काले जूते पहनने वाले को कार्य में असफलता दिलाते हैं।

ज्वलनशील पदार्थ

रसोई के लिए ईंधन, माचिस, केरोसीन आदि ज्वलनशील पदार्थ आवश्यक माने जाते हैं। भारतीय संस्कृति में अग्नि को देवता माना गया है और ईंधन की पवित्रता पर विशेष जोर दिया गया है लेकिन शनिवार को ईंधन खरीदना वर्जित है। कहा जाता है कि शनिवार को घर लाया गया ईंधन परिवार को कष्ट पहुंचाता है।

झाड़ू

झाड़ू घर के विकारों को बुहार कर उसे निर्मल बनाती है। इससे घर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का आगमन होता है। झाड़ू खरीदने के लिए शनिवार को उपयुक्त नहीं माना जाता। शनिवार को झाड़ू घर लाने से दरिद्रता का आगमन होता है।

चक्की

इसी प्रकार अनाज पीसने के लिए चक्की भी शनिवार को नहीं खरीदनी चाहिए। माना जाता है कि यह परिवार में तनाव लाती है और इसके आटे से बना भोजन रोगकारी होता है।
